Reading the documentation, I see mainly user configuration be written.
I may be wrong, but I assumed, that also some information about the last found networks

RE: Difference using %XFSSYNC and +CFUN=0?

Thanks!

> When using PTI firmware, this command must be used instead of AT
+CFUN=0 to store configuration data to NVM.

so it's also vice versa, when not using PTI firmware, +CFUN=0 must be used.

RE: Difference using %XFSSYNC and +CFUN=0?

Hi,

When devices are delivered from us, they come with a production test image (PTI for short) fw.

This is a restricted modem firmware used for physical testing only, ie. setting coex/antenna configuration and so forth.

%XFSSYNC is only available in PTI firmware, which you always want to overwrite with your expected MFW version, where CFUN should be used instead.

This is shown in the documentation for the XFSSYNC AT command: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/production_test/xfssync_set.html?cp=2_1_10_8_0
