The SDK examples do not use heap, so unless you use it in your application there is no need to consider it.

I was able to calculate the actual stack size used by using "Stack Usage".
Is there a tool to calculate the actual heap size used?

Segger Embedded Studio does some Stack Usage analysis. We do not have any documentation or guides on this, but you can refer to Segger documentation for details.
