The maximum throughput using GATT and RAW LL can be seen in the Table 2 on <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sds_s140/SDS/s1xx/ble_data_throughput/ble_data_throughput.html">this page</a> of the Softdevice documentation.</p> <p>You could also use the radio directly for your own proprietary protocol. You might be able to achieve slightly higher throughput, but not 2 Mbit average.</p> <p>The only alternative that we provide that can support higher throughput (up to 86 Mbit) is the new <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF7002">nRF7002 WiFi companion chip</a>.
