Possibly the issue could be the same as the one described here.
Could you read through that case and see if your issue is related?

On the nRF5340DK you will need to make some hardware modifications to the board in order to route the NFC pins to the pin headers rather than the NFC antenna connector. This is described here.

Hi Helsing,

Yes, the issue occurs on the custom board and nRF5340-DK.

On my custom board this signal (P0.03) is routed though a voltage translator chip to convert 1.8V (sensor voltage) to 3.3V (nRF5340 voltage).

I forgot to mention, I am running the nRF5340-DK at 1.8V through External Supply pins
