I have visited your web site and will revert using your method if I can&amp;#39;t make the configuration I have now work. I managed some how to start a debugging session by using an external instance of GDB server. I am now focusing on the simple task of toggling an I/O.
I appreciate your response and I guess that I will use the data available on your site later on when my knowledge matures.

I found that I pointed the the debugger to a different folder than the right one.
Now I face another issue, where J-Link is not synchronized with c code...

&lt;p&gt;I have managed to externally flash &amp;amp; connect to target using J-Flash util, so the physical tool-chain works fine.

I found that the launcher pointed to a wrong folder.
Now I have another problem, where the J-Link return with error code 1 and reports that it has an error on final launch sequance
