Hi Ben_iot,

It is affected by some terms. In particular, the Company ID is governed by the Bluetooth SIG. You could read more about it here: https://support.bluetooth.com/hc/en-us/articles/360062030092-Requesting-Assigned-Numbers

The list of current registered Company IDs can be found here: https://www.bluetooth.com/specifications/assigned-numbers/

In that list, you can see that 0x007F is already reserved by a different company. You can also see that for the purpose of R&D testing, 0xFFFF might be used. However, it cannot be used for end products. You will need to register a Company ID with the Bluetooth SIG.
