After a pristine build, the RAM retention is working again.
I have no explanation why, but I am happy about it ;)

Following the zephyr button example, I managed to wake the system up again on a GPIO irq.
The current consumption increased now to ~4uA, which corresponts to "I_{ON_RAMON_GPIOTE}" from table Electrical specification Sleep.

I did not research on that, but i assume the sleep mode is entered using a wfi() instruction, not wfe(). -> This might explain why the system doesen't wake up on port event from "system off example".

However, the RAM data retention is not working properly anymore so far.
If I resolve the issue i will update the thread.
