From your setup you should be able to read the device. I have the same setup with my nRF52840DK v3.0.0, similar to yours, connected to a Thingy:52 which has the nRF52832. This is what it looks like when reading the Thingy:52

Have you verified that you are not interacting with the ESP device on the board? I have no knowledge of the BWG832F.

This is the setup. Nrf board connected to PC and BWG832F powerd by dc source. Debugging out of nrf connected to debugging in of bwg832f.

Athulya, please provide a picture of your setup and describe how you have connected the devices together.

Were you not able to read the device on the BWG832F using the nRF52840DK?

In the Programmer app of nRF Connect for Desktop, what device is visible in the right hand side "window":

In the image above I'm using the nRF9160DK to read a device from a custom board, in this case another nRF9160. It should show nRF52832 on your side.

I connect nrfr52840 dk to pc and connect debug out to fanstel BWG832F module . Fanstel module is powered. Code flash by using nrf connect for dekstop.

I'm not sure I understand. You will need to choose the nRF52840DK in the programmer app. If connected correctly you should be able to read the device through SWD. Make sure that the BWG832F gateway is powered.

Can you provide more information on your setup, e.g. screenshots and image of the connection?

I tried again with your guide(peripheral_hr from skd 2.0.1). But still does not shows anything in nrf connect app. Any modes change in nef52 board for programming external device?

Please see the nRF52840DK documentation on Debug out, which can be used to program external devices.
