I am very sorry Vinesh. There was a misunderstanding on my part. The DFU feature for Mesh project on NCS deploy DFU over BLE, not Mesh.

However, that is still our recommended solution at the moment.

Could you share a bit about your project timeline so we can best suggest you an option? If that is not possible to do it publicly, we can also make this ticket private.

Thank you Hieu for updating me on the DFU Mesh feature on ncs, in that case after a discussion about this, we are considering to shift towards connect SDK.

How much would you need to increase the entry size?

Some concerns regarding increasing the size would be effects on the flash wear, and the increased time of flash operation blocking other CPU processing.

On the other hand, if your motivation for choosing the nRF5 SDK for Mesh is solely for the DFU feature, you might want to know that starting with NCS v2.2.0, NCS now also support DFU over Bluetooth Mesh, with sample implementation in the Mesh Light sample.

If you have not proceeded too far along with your project, we do recommend you consider using NCS instead.

Since our project requires DFU support in mesh, which isn't available in nrf connect sdk, we have been using nrf5 mesh sdk and almost first stage development is over

In flash_manager_entry_alloc() function the data_length argument must not exceed the FLASH_MANAGER_ENTRY_MAX_SIZE (said in infocenter document), (i.e) i could able to write only 128 bytes at a time, is it possible to increase the entry per size or i have to implement some loop logic to store more than 128 bytes??

P.s: By the way, are you starting a new project which require this? As you might know, the nRF5 SDK for Mesh is in maintenance and hasn't been in active development for two years.
