It is because NCS v2.2.0 add the ieee80154 target in&nbsp;the chip dts. I add it to out custom board dts and it can success load 802154 dirver.</span></p> <p class="tgt color_text_1 un-step-trans" data-section="0"><span class="tgt color_text_1 highlight" data-section="0" data-sentence="0" data-group="0-0">But I still can&#39;t link the zerphy head file, it may some different between v2.0.1 and v2.2.0.&nbsp;</span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
