Not from what I can see in the datasheet for the antenna.

You can ask the antenna vendor, if you want to be sure.

Just LTE. Yes, I am connecting it to a PCB.

Do I have to implement matching circuit for this antenna like the following one?

Are you planning to use is both as LTE and GPS antenna or only one of the two?

This is an external antenna, that you can connect to the pcb.

Hi,

tuning an antenna depends on the antenna you have chosen and the RF design.

Is this for a nRF9160 LTE antenna?

Is it a multiband antenna? Chip antenna or a PCB antenna?

Are you using antenna tuners circuity? - The link you sent. How to use antenna tuners, as we have done in our example design with nRF9160 Thingy.
