Yes, now it works. Thank you.

I will take a look at how to create a custom flash task.

In the meantime, a solution is to execute west flash manually from the SDK path, in my case "C:\ncs\v2.2.0" . In this way it is possible to use the west.yml created by the nordic SDK but with the correct runner, by using "-r jlink"

Unfortunately, the solution found by the other user is no longer available.

Now I am investigating how to create a custom build tusk and how to deal with west manifest and config file.

BTW, do you know the path where the default "tasks.json" is located? The one that is invoked when the flash task is executed.
