Please try this workaround:

0. Uninstall Bluetooth Low Energy.

1. Open Git Bash or the terminal of your choice and enter the following commands:

a. cd $HOME\.nrfconnect-apps\local

b. git clone https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfconnect-ble.git

c. (optional) To install a different version than the official one:

cd pc-nrfconnect-ble

git checkout v4.0.1

2. Restart nRF Connect for Desktop.

3. Open the version of the application which is tagged as local. You may need to enable local applications in the filter above the application list.

I have a similar issue, the nrf connect for desktop ble gives a blank page. I tried uninstalling it and installing it via "Add or remove programs" in Windows and it still doesn't work.

Do you have a different solution?

I have gotten some tips from the developers on what to try now.

1. Uninstall Bluetooth Low Energy via "Add or remove programs" in Windows.

2. Reboot your PC.

3. Reinstall Bluetooth Low Energy.

Hello,

You could try to reinstall a previous version. If you are not opening the standalone application through nRF Connect for Desktop, you can try that too.

I will share the console output with the developers, so they can take a look at it.

If it still does not work, please find the log file (likely) located at C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect-bluetooth-low-energy\bundle\logs and share it. If you don't want the information on a public ticket. Please create a private ticket where you share the log.

Please press ctrl+shift+i when the window is started. This will open the console tab where any errors is displayed. Share your errors preferably by creating a new ticket, or in your reply if you can't.

Good that it works for you now.

For some users, the applications in nRF Connect for Desktop launches with a blank display like in your screenshot. Launching it again usually solves the issue.
