&lt;p&gt;Could you give us more detail about the proprietary RF protocol that you plan to use ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;If you don&amp;#39;t use BLE and simply use the radio directly or use our proprietary protocol such as Enhanced Shock Burst , you don&amp;#39;t have to pay any fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;If you develop your own protocol stack, you don&amp;#39;t have to pay any fee.
