Any other SoC from Nordic Semi which supports BT 5 and backward compatible with BT 4.x?

We are okay BT 5 is not LE.

Yes, it's true that BT5 is backwards compatible with BT4 headsets etc, but BT4 headsets basically use classic Bluetooth for audio, so this does not help us much, as we support only LE Audio, and that too only with the 5340 SoC.

In our application we need to support our device connecting to BT headsets which are using BT4.X version.

I was going through few documents where they mentioned BT 5 supports backward compatibility.

Does Nordic semi has any BT 5 SoC which is backward compatible with BT 4.X

No. If you are trying audio streaming with BT4.x , it should be classic Bluetooth Audio, and we do not support classic bluetooth. We support only LE Audio, which is not there for bluetooth <5.2

We would like to know whether the nRF5340 will support audio streaming to BT4.0/BT4.1/BT4.2 BT headsets.

The nRF5340 support audio output. You can take a look at these pre-approved nRF5340 modules and choose them according to your convenience. Also, we have the nRF5340 Audio DK if you are interested in this.
