Not necessary to send ACK twice, so no.

That didn't actually answer my question. Do I need to send an ACK, yes or no?

If no, then I assume the answer is no because "it is already handled in the the lib_sms library".

If the answer is yes, then I assume I need to use something in the lib_sms library to send the ACK and I will need to know what that is.
