Yes, that is correct.

You can also use BLE_GAP_PHY_CODED as the secondary_phy to establish the connection on coded_phy.

According to the ticket, I drew two conclusions:

1. Standard BLE PHY and coded PHY cannot be used at the same time, and the hardware cannot switch automatically. If you want to switch PHY, you must stop broadcasting, and then select a PHY to rebroadcast

2. During connection, can use sd_ble_gap_phy_update() to switch PHY

Is my understanding correct？
