Dear Alex,

Thank you for contacting DevZone at NordicSemi.

As you are able to build, flash and see the output for the /nrf/applications/serial_lte_modem/ when flashed on the 9160DK, and the problem of rebooting occurs when you change (create user version of) firmware and that also using a custom-board, I think the first thing to look at is partitions.yml to see if there is any conflict / error in the memory partitioning. Please also check custom-board specific configurations and overlays.

Additional, There should be nothing in nRF9106 when we got them, I mean no configuration, no FW, what configuration data should be write into 9106 and how to do it, please let us know.

we flash the image nrf9160dk_serial_lte_modem_2022-09-15_7a358cb7.hex downloaded from Nordic website to our customer board

the RTT viewer get nothing log
