Reason I ask is that the UICR registers cannot be erased without doing a complete chip erase (NVCM.ERASEALL), see <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.pdf.rm/nRF51_RM_v3.0.pdf">nRF51 RM, chapter 8</a> for more details.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
