I have no problem with the server, rather the humans. It seems they only respond to my tickets once per day. I understand each rep is working 10's of tickets. However, they also choose to ignore the examples and suggestions I give them. Thus taking it longer to resolve my issue.

That is a bug we are aware of, but thank you for letting us know. If you use the login on the right it should work though. Is DevZone faster?

Sometimes it will log out me and then it wont recognize my password. And then I have to recover my Devzone account.

Haven't noticed much improvements, seems like very random slowdowns and sometimes unreachable.

Few hours ago it was not working at all for me for few minutes. And yes, I have the same feeling that sometimes it is busy but hard to say if improved comparing to the weeks before. I'll keep an eye.

Sometimes (like now) it works really good, but there are moments it is REALLY slow. It's hard to say about the improvement in last weeks/days.

We have been working on improving this, have you noticed any improvement during the last week?

It is very good that you make us aware of this.

Edit 12.11.2015:

We made some changes a couple of weeks ago, and now it should be faster. Have you noticed this?
