Just make sure that libjlinkarm.so is found in /lib or /usr/lib if not then go to where JLink is installed and copy the .so file to usr/lib like so:

`cp libjlinkarm.so /usr/lib/libjlinkarm.so`

I believe the flasher is just part of the Segger software you'll need, and I'm not sure it'll get installed in a way that nrfjprog can find it if you just install the flasher.

I believe nrfjprog is looking for these files in /opt/SEGGER/, I assume you don't have a libjlinkarm.so located there since you're getting this error.

Flasher Software and Documentation Pack for Linux Intel /AMD x64v DEB File
I installed with
sudo dpkg -i Downloads/Flasher_Linux_V784f_x86_64.deb

Have you downloaded specifically the tools for ARM from Segger's website?

I installed the latest segger tool

I checkted with : JLinkExe --version
