I think I found the issue, It is located in the b0n configuration wich is added with mcuboot. By default the serial is enable in the network bootloader.

Hi,

Both bootloader and app dts file are exactly the same except for code partition.

I edit directly the nrf5340dk dts file wich is comon for the app and the boot so in my understanding the bootloader shoud not overwrite the app configuration like in the ticket.

But I also tryed with overlay file and got the same result.

Hi,

Can you compare your build/zephyr/zephyr.dts andbuild/mcuboot/zephyr/zephyr.dts to verify if they are the same?

It looks like you could have a similar issue as this ticket NRF9160 power consumption 1,400uA higher with MCUBOOT enabled
