I try to connect with nRF connect and I see it connected.
Since it is connecting with nRF connect App you can do the DFU from nRF connect App by clicking the DFU button on the top right. Keep this page as a reference which how to do via a mobile Application.
As I know I should have nRF52 development board or J-Link programmer. In case updating firmware could you explain how to connect it with development board or j-link.
For this you need a J-TAG cable which connects the Thingy with Debugger. Take a look at the screenshot below which shows how Thingy53 is connected to a development board. You can connect the Thingy52 in a similar way.

Please see that there is no development happening with thingy52 as it is not supported with new nRF connect SDK. So I can only serve you with limited refences.

1 No my thingy52 never connected to any bluetooth mobile application. I try connect it with Thingy52 first but it can not. And after that I try to connect with nRF connect and I see it connected.

2. When I turn on it blink with green light not blue light.

Not sure why this is happening but I am bit confused by your responses. From here on we will only talk about the thingy52 which is not connecting. Could you please clarify few things properly:

1. Is your thingy52 connecting to any of the Bluetooth mobile Applications. Don't try to connect from different Application at the same time. The mobile Application you must try first is Thingy52 and then nRF connect.

2. What happens when you switch ON your thingy. Does it show any LED indication?
What nRF App can do anything with thingy52? It seem just only monitoring
Yes it only shows sensor values but you can do a DFU via Thingy52 App. But this can only be done after connecting and your thingy is visible in the mobile Application. You can also find the Fimware here but you need an external debugger for updating as thingy52 does not have an onboard debugger.

Kind Regards,

I have done as your suggest switch on only one thingy but the one that has problem still cannot connect and I also have changed the name of the connected thingy to another name. It can not to nRF App but cannot connect to thingy52 App.

Since your thingy is already connected, I don't see any issue here. You don't see the Thingy52 in mobile Bluetooth because it's already connected to the Mobile Application. Please try to switch ON one thingy at a time I also suggest to change the Thingy name, So you an identify each thingy separately. You can change the name using Thingy mobile Application. You can also update the Firmware from the same mobile Application.

Connect the Thingy using ThingyApp then select the menu tab (symbol left to the name of your thingy) now tap on your device name then you will see an option for DFU there.

Please go through our infocenter for the "getting started" guide.

Yes my thingy52 is the new one and I can not see it in Mobile Bluetooth List.

I have already try to connect with nRF App and I see thingy52 connected to my mobile.

How can I reset thingy52 to default factory setting or how can I update firmware.

Are you trying to connect using nRF connect mobile Application. For checking the Thingy52 there is dedicated Thingy52 mobile Application which shows most of the sensor values. Can you try with this? Is your thingy52 a new piece, since it's glowing with green LED I guess there might be some program running inside other than the default firmware.

Are you able to see your device in Mobile Bluetooth list?
