Hi,
I'm facing this issue
E: getaddrinfo failed: -11
E: Failed to initialize broker connection
E: Failed to initialize MQTT client: -10
how did you resolved this can you share me please I'm stuck here!

There is an error which I'm not able to read in the modem trace. Do you have a location to where you tested this? Can you provide a longer modem trace please?

We're using Hologram in the US. I can see that my data plan is active and they seem to think the SIM is okay.

Hello,

When type of SIM card are you using? If using iBasis, make sure that your SIM has data. You should be able to check this in nRF Cloud where you activated the SIM.
