You could use UART over USB, take a look at the UART examples. If they aren't available for nRF52, take a look at the nRF51 sdk to see the examples.

I saw the video. Is this the PCA10031 dongle mentioned in the video? www.mouser.sg/.../

So If I buy the above dongle, Can i transfer data from nrf52 development kit to PC via bluetooth?

Yggdrasil currently only supports service discovery as a client.

I'm not sure what you mean by stream, but if your nRF52 is a peripheral you can use Master Control Panel for PC to communcate with it.

It is available for download here, and this video gives an introduction of the tool.
