Why is there nothing after I installed it？ where can I open it? Or is it just a drive? I really don't understand the steps in the picture below. How and where are the commands entered?

RE: what is nRF Command Line Tools ？

Hi, I found the following documentation:

https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fug_nrf_cltools%2FUG%2Fcltools%2Fnrf_command_line_tools_lpage.html

In Windows, the tools are in:

C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\nrf-command-line-tools\bin

So you can try them in that directory.

RE: what is nRF Command Line Tools ？

Hi caidehen,

Have you taken a look at the tools' documentation? There is a link to it on the download page. I also write it here for convenience:
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf_cltools/UG/cltools/nrf_command_line_tools_lpage.html.

After installation, the tools become available in the Windows Command Prompt or the Windows PowerShell.

Command Prompt:
