Hi Craig,

I did not find any issues with your board files. Comparing them with the board files and the generated devicetree of nRF5340 DK, the nodes have identical unit addresses, as you say.
The reason for these warnings is that the base addresses of the peripherals are identical. For the nrF5340 DK, there is a flag to ignore the warnings, which is why they do not show up when building for this board and only for custom boards. See https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/issues/29713 for more information. The flag to ignore the warnings is from this pull request https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/31950. You can let the warnings be, or you can create a file to ignore the warnings as is done here: https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/31950/files.
