Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work with nRF Connect SDK v2.5.2. Can you please guide me through AWS Fleet Provisioning with nRF9160?

Are there any updates on this? I am using SDK 2.3.0. I tried to follow the sample, but couldn't get it to work.

Yes, this should be possible as you point out. Our developers are working on an AWS IoT provisioning sample, which can be found here. Have a look at the Readme file.
