 I&amp;#39;d like to write my own application for flashing nrf51822. It will add some additional information info hex file. 
 How can I burn hex file into the flash using any command line tool?

search this forum for nrfjprog and will come up with tons of information.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are non windows use , then JLINKEXE can be downloaded from segger website and it offers flashing mechanism to nordic nrf5x chips.
