today First retry after tens of try in previous days...and it works, now I'm on 4.0.0!

Hi Stefano, I experienced similar thing and the update didn't happen in the first try. However I "insisted" and performed the install a few more times as it suggested in the opening screen of the nRF Connect for Desktop and I now have the 4.0.0 installed. Unfortunately I don't have a meaningful explanation for this, but this is what I experienced.
