I need to use the UART peripheral to send a stream of data from the computer to the nRF52832 development kit.
For this reason I need to maximize the rate at which these data are sent. I saw that the maximum baud rate of UART is 1M, but

RE: UART maximum Baud rate

Hello Chiara,

As Turbo suggests you would have to look at using the USB peripheral instead, if you intend to use a baudrate higher than what is available over UART.
If you are working with the nRF52840 Dongle it might be useful for you to have a look at this nRF52840 Dongle programming blogpost by my colleauge.

Best regards,
Karl

RE: UART maximum Baud rate

Thank you for your reply.

What about using the nrf52840 dongle, I know it doesn't have UART. But is there a way I can use higher baudrate to transfer data to the computer?
