&lt;p&gt;Yes, assuming you are referring to the DK, please see the section &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf52832_dk/UG/dk/connector_if.html"&gt;connector interface for nRF52832 DK&lt;/a&gt; to see which pins have default settings. The rest of the pins may be used. In addition you can also free up the pins used for &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf52832_dk/UG/dk/hw_buttons_leds.html?cp=5_2_4_3_4"&gt;buttons and LEDs&lt;/a&gt; by configuring their solder bridges. P0.21 is used for Reset.&lt;/p&gt;
