The rest of the pins may be used. In addition you can also free up the pins used for <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf52832_dk/UG/dk/hw_buttons_leds.html?cp=5_2_4_3_4">buttons and LEDs</a> by configuring their solder bridges.
