 The MCU circuitry was designed using &amp;quot;Circuit configuration no. 6 for CKAA WLCSP&amp;quot; in the nRF52840 Product Specification. 
 I&amp;#39;m using ncs 2.1.0 and vscode .

&lt;p&gt;Peripherals draw ca 20uA when they are enabled. This is also the case for GPIOTE IN events. So I guess that your power draw is due to either of these.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First, can you set the nRF chip to &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/samples/boards/nrf/system_off/README.html"&gt;system OFF&lt;/a&gt; and test your measurement?&lt;br /&gt;This is a way to get a baseline for the measurement.&lt;/p&gt;
