Hi,

The developers have looked into this, but they have not been able to reproduce the issue. I am also no longer able to reproduce it. Are you still struggling with this? Have you tried using newer versions of nRF Connect SDK?

1.use nRF Connect for Mobile

2.select the first Test and Confirm

3.IOS 's phone is ok，Android 's phone has the problem.

Can you give me some solutions? Which sign is not clear? I have no time to waste.

Hi,

Is this with the nRF Connect for Mobile or the nRF Connect Device Manager?

Are you selecting "Test and Confirm", "Test only", or "Confirm only" in the app?

I use the nrf connect in Android Phone.

A OTA to B is OK and after rest button, the project still run B.

But B OTA to C after reset button,the project revert to A.

After OTA success, the register needs to change the flag and the bootloader points to the new app image.I don't think it worked.

This project has been in mass production and is in crisis.We hope you can provide effective help.

Hi,

How are you uploading update.bin to the device? Since the device reverts to firmware image A on reset, the new firmware images (B and C) are most likely not confirmed. If a test image is rebooted without the image being confirmed, the bootloader will revert to the original image.
