&lt;p&gt;I could not reproduce your issue with the sample as-is. Using USBpcap, I can see&amp;nbsp;new HID reports coming in with&amp;nbsp;HID data value incrementing. I have attached a few images below.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also did not run into any exception.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please describe in more details your setup? In particular:&lt;br /&gt;- What HID report descriptor array are you using? &lt;br /&gt;- What tool are you using to monitor the traffic? &lt;br /&gt;- What do you see on your tool? &lt;br /&gt;- Under what condition will you get an exception?&lt;/p&gt;
