Ok, in detail - look at the second screenshot that You uploaded. You input there value in the "new value" field and the name (ex. No beep) in "save as" field. Then, click "SAVE" button. Now, value is saved, you can choose it in "LOAD" tab and click "SEND" to send it.

can you please tell me in detail how can i save values and load them in the tab

It won't be the same as for the service that You have shown on screenshot, but You can save values that you are interested in using, give them a name and later use them from "load" tab that is visible on second screenshot.

I don't think it is possible to add Your own "standard" values to app without re-compiling it. Maybe Nordic app developers can confirm that.
