Hi!

We experience the same problem with J-link 5.02 as well, on multiple computers with different setup. We use the NRF51822_xxAC version of the chip if that's information you need. :)

can you please try latest nordic tools and latest segger software and see if this problem still exists.

could you please give me more information, from the log it seems that the JLink dll returned error, what Segger version did you install?

Update: an erase through GDB server work, but this does not delete the UICR register.

We have been working on narrowing on the cause of this problem down, but we are struggling. We tried soldering short wires directly to the PCB to shorten the programming wires, but we are still seeing the same issue.

Do anyone have any tips on where to look next?
