I've realized the problm is due to the PC application. It was working with a single thred.

Quickly glancing the hgw_thread seems to be pretty blocking? Maybe add a small k_msleep(1) between each check of k_fifo_get()?

Will take a look later.

I don't see any of that.

Hello,

Are you sure you have not done any changes to the code that wait for usb data before you write new usb data? Maybe checking if you are using any of the api in usb_device.h that can be blocking/waiting.
