&lt;p&gt;The nRF9160 only supports LTE-M and NB-IoT (Cat-M1 and Cat-NB1).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Low-power-cellular-IoT/nRF9160-Certifications"&gt;The SiP is certified&lt;/a&gt; globally, and in most regions, so you should be able to use it anywhere there is network coverage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.gsma.com/iot/deployment-map/"&gt;According to the GSMA&lt;/a&gt;, NB-IoT is deployed in Ukraine, though the information might not be up to date.&lt;/p&gt;
