What was the fix for this issue. Also cannot connect to the board with the DTM app v2.1.0. I can see the bootup message when I'm connected to the Serial Terminal app v1.0.1, 115200,8,1, none, none, and Putty. Programmed with VSCode.

Local Nordic support here in the UK has solved the problem. I will close this ticket down.

what version of the nrf Connect for Desktop and DTM app do you have?
