Thanks Martin. What are the steps I need to fllow ? I guess:

Program the soft device hex
Program the application hex
Power off then power on the nRF kit Am I right ?

Hi vineeshvs, J flash lite is working now. I make an error in chip selection. The remaining question is where I can find the softdevice hex ?

Thanks for the answer but I still have doubts: I launched J-flash and when but I get the following error message: Could not perform target reset. Failed to connect. What could be the root cause ? When I changed the settings to SWD I get the following error message: Could not find any flash devices. Failed to connect. Which options do I need to setup for J flash ?

Where can I find the softdevice hex ?

You could try J flash lite for programming. Load the softdevice hex first and then the application hex file
