Hi Vivek,

1. Could you show how you do the ECG filtering. Have you checked how long it takes. Did you do that in a interrupt handler ?
2. Could you show what the error is when building ? Which chip you are using. Have you tried my example ?

we are using nrf connect SDK 1.9.1 with Zephyr OS for this. The filtering of the ECG signals is being done at nrf side. We are:

1. Not sure it the filtering is taking too much time and data is delayed.

2. Why the Cmake stops on DLE=y and PHY2M=y

Could you clarify what you meant by "nRF Connect SDK 4" ?
