Marius, if you are talking about connections and scanning being a central then you can perform both roles Central (like connections, scanning,...) and peripheral (beacon implementation) using S130 stack.

I have the problem that I have other radio activity going on, like connections, scanning, ... and there is no way to distinguish between the type of radio activity that's going on.

Thanks, I've checked, but they are using radio notifications, so that won't help me much.

@Brajesh: No, as far as I know. But you should better check with Apple. And also make sure your mechanism to switch between EddyStone and iBeacon won't violate the license.

HI Marius ,

I have referred this source codefor Eddystone part and then I just integrated the ibeacon API's in eddystone_interleave API. Now it broadcasts 4 types of packets (3 of eddystone and 1 of ibeacon).

Let me know if you have any issues with it.

How did you implement two messages at once? Do you use radio notifications? Do you also have some other kind of traffic like connections? That is a problem I am currently facing.

Hi Brajesh,

If you want to use iBeacon Technology, you would need to accept the license from Apple.

I found that there is some changes with the iBeacon program with Apple. Now you can see and sign the license with iBeacon without joining the MFI program. So I assume you only have to accept and follow the license as described in developer.apple.com/.../ when you click download the spec, on the right banner.
