Can i remove C19 since it is NC? What is the purpose of the place holder? Is this for harmonics/filter?

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;This capacitor belongs to the antenna matching network . So this might be need during tuning of the filter/matching network. So I recommend you to keep the footprint.&lt;/p&gt;
