I would like to follow up on this, even though this is 3 years ago, can the same be done but for zigbee? To send zigbee packets using the nRF52840 dongle? Tried looking online but been pointed towards using nRF connect SDK or zigpy, not sure if this is the right approach though? If you have a repo or a link to point in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi Kosmos, have a look at blatann, it is a great python library to communicate via BLE: https://github.com/ThomasGerstenberg/blatann
