Hello,

The Espressif extension is not installed in VS Code. Actually I compile and run Espressif programs with Linux terminal. I have downloaded VS Code for programming Nordic products. Is there maybe any dependence missing? I have never configured this type of tool so I don't know where start to check.

Hi,

To disable extension, you could try File->Preferences->Extensions, click on desired extension and choose Disable or Disable (Workspace).
You could read more how to manage extensions in VS Code documentation.

Hi,

You could try removing espressif including its python_env before installing nRF Connect SDK.
