&lt;p&gt;P1.03 and P1.02 are the&amp;nbsp;default pins for I2C1. Have you tried scoping the lines to see if there is any communication on those lines?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is the idle level on these pins?&lt;/p&gt;
