We have some nrf5340 SoCs with the following information stamped on them:
N5340
QKAA D0

I am trying to tie them to a build code, but the 'D0' given is neither DB0 nor D00 as descirbed here:

Revision 1 (D00) of this chip is actually the exact same silicon as the most recent engineering candidate (DB0) that preceded it. I'm told that this even goes as far as having the same identifiers in memory, which means that nrfjprog could identify a Rev. 1 as an Eng. D chip. So yes, in some way you could consider that reference a mistake.

It still seems that you have your hands on the D00 varsion.

Best regards,

I'm guessing the reference to ENGD here is a mistake?

When "translating" to the package markings you can just omit the last 0. I'm told that the last digit (the one omitted from the package marking) refers to which firmware version is pre-flashed to the chip. As of now, all revisions for the nRF5340 have a final digit of 0 (no firmware).

So, you have your hands on an nRF5340 D00 (== D0). This is not an engineering revision, and the anomaly/errata that you linked to is indeed relevant for the chip you have.

I hope that makes things clear!

Edit: I should add, you can find info on how to decipher these product codes in the "ordering information" section of the product specifications, which might not be obvious: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf5340%2Fchapters%2Fordering_info%2Fdoc%2Fordering_info.html&anchor=unique_1492386104
