Actually i solved it.

SDK support nRF5340-PDK device before 1.5 version.

So i tried upload firmware with SDK 1.4.2 version. it's work.

Hi,

Did you try using an IDE, say VSCode or west to flash any of the basic zephyr BLE samples?

If this fails, could you share the error log?

Also, have you done any hardware modifications, or have anything connected to the PDK?
