Thank you very much! I have merged my hex with the softdevice and in this way the board is correctly programmed!

Hold on. That app requires a softdevice to be present in order to function at all. But a chip erase will always erase the flash area that softdevice sits in.

Unless your hex was merged with softdevice, it won't be able to work. Either use one of the more specific erase options (and flash the SD first) or merge the hex with the proper softdevice.

Ok Sorry but I have tried a lot of commands and I have put the wrong image, but the result does not change.

Yellow Command in text and command in shown picture are different. The latter does not have the --verify option in it.
